Cheerleading and Basketball

Today was the first games for Junior Pro basketball. Eve's cheer team cheered in the morning. Noah played his game in the afternoon. The whole family went to cheer Noah on. Ethan was very afraid of the buzzer. Noah played 3 quarters and did a super job for this being his first time playing. They won 26-16. It was just right in length and not to crowded. The girls had fun just playing around on the bleachers. I got a couple of video clips of both of them today. I hope you all enjoy.

All Together for Christmas!!!!

It doesn't happen very often these days now that many of my syblings are married and live further away. So this Christmas was extra special to have all of my syblings here. That's right all 10 kids plus spouses, plus all the grandkids under one roof at my parents house. We took the opportunity to capture it with a family photo. I will post more of the 4 days of togetherness.

Christmas Time

Here are a couple of cute Pictures of the Girls before Church on Sunday before Christmas. I have a couple of Cuties If I do say so my self.

Snow

We woke up to about an inch of snow this Sat. morning. I think it was the first weekend in Dec. I know I had to go to Huntsville for a Choir Practice so it was before Dec 11th. But when ever it was it was a treat for us. We rarely have snow here in the South. The kids were dressed and ready to head out by 7:00. Ethan found the snow very intersting. He liked sticking his hands in it. But then cried for a half hour because his hands hurt from being so cold. I caught a few pictures that show the fun.

Amelia's Birthday

I can't believe my little girl is now 4 years old. Since Chris had to work 11-11 that day, we had Amelia open her presents first thing in the morning before Noah and Eve went to school and Chris had to head to work. She had a nice day and then had cake after dinner.

Fall Leaves

When the weather turns cooler and the colors fade off the trees then the leaves fall to the ground and it becomes a play ground of fun for 3 little kids ages 10, 5, and
3. Noah, Eve and Amelia had a ball gathering leaves and jumping in, then doing it all over again. These are some of the few moments when they cooperate and work together.

Highland Rim Hornets

Here are a few pictures of Noah's first season of football. Practice started back in July and the last game was in September. Highland Rim took the county championship. The team is made up of 4th and 5th graders. Noah #66 played on defense when ever he got to play. He was on the bench quite a bit but he enjoyed the season and never complained at all. GO HORNETS!!!
